What is Dream Diving?

Johnson+Street+Bridge_2013.jpg

Dreaming is the psyche itself doing its soul-work. - James Hillman The Dream and the Underworld

Dream Diving is a contemplative creative practice to gain insight into the Self and to connect with that within us that points to something larger than ourselves.

What happens in the workshop?

Participants in Dream Diving workshops engage in brief guided meditative practices, work with modeling clay, and engage in one-on-one and larger group dialogue. Experience working with clay is not expected nor required. Participants bring one of their own dreams with them already written down but the dream is for their eyes only and is not shared with the group.

What participants say about Sarah’s workshops:

“What a magical night! Thank you for sharing your ways in clay.”

“What a beautiful setting, heartwarming workshop and special, wonderful group”

“…a gifted leader.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed it...looking forward to dreaming tonight!”

“Your commitment, joy and energy are wonderful. I loved the evening!  Thank you so much.”
